This is an excellent free lexicon for BDicty that offers various recipes for those who love seafood and fish. The free glossary contains over 220 recipes of salads, soups, appetizers and dishes with seafood (including shellfish) and fish (including cat-fish). Traditional recipes from all over the world. In addition, the glossary contain sauces suitable for dressing.
Fish could be prepared in so many different ways, not just fried in batter as most British folks like it, and it can be served as a really special meal.
Fish contain many nutrients like magnesium, calcium, fat, vitamins (especially A and D). Their meat is easily digestive, especially when cooked or baked. Fish with white meat are considered of better quality.
The recipes in this glossary show different ways of cooking fish and seafood.
